Kia ora and welcome! I’m a fully licensed New Zealand Immigration Adviser (IAA #202000176) with a passion for helping people navigate complex immigration pathways with confidence and clarity.

Alongside my immigration work, I have over 15 years’ experience as a senior HR leader across some of Australasia’s most dynamic organisations. My background includes leading people strategy, organisational development, talent acquisition, and cultural transformation at scale; most recently as the Chief People & Capability Officer for Medenterprises, Australasia’s largest medical recruitment agency.

My approach to immigration advice is shaped by this deep understanding of people, systems, and change. I understand how life, work, and immigration often intersect, and I pride myself on providing practical, compassionate guidance that’s tailored to your goals; whether you're an individual looking to build a future in Aotearoa or an employer needing support to navigate immigration processes for your team.

I hold a Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice, a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Tourism (Hons), and ongoing professional development in organisational psychology, governance, and te ao Māori. I’m also proud to be a Chartered member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand and a member of the Institute of Directors.
