I hold a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Tourism (Honours) from the University of Otago, along with a Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice from Toi Ohomai Polytechnic.
I am licenced by both the Immigration Advisers Authority (New Zealand) #202000176, and Department of Home Affairs (Australia) #2619263.
I am also a Chartered member of Human Resources New Zealand.

With over 15 years' experience as a senior HR leader across Australasia, my background spans people strategy, organisational development, talent acquisition, and cultural transformation. Most recently, I served as Chief People & Capability Officer for Medenterprises Services Limited, Australasia's largest medical recruitment agency.
